The show makes it clear these guys are at the absolute bottom of society and have no powers that can change that. Both in the sense of real world political power and physical fighting power. The Morlocks are a group that would face discrimination but like how some immigrant groups had a much easier time finding acceptance than others, I just dont buy that mutants wouldnt get that same sub division with some mutant groups benefiting. --- "Something's wrong!
