He cant sell when he needs it (he needs it right now lol), and if he tries to sell it all , it'll plummet in value. Technically he could try to get a loan on it. But the lender would need to believe the share wont be some pump and dump, which it probably will be. I really doubt he cares. This is like life and death to him. That money is the only thing stopping him from jail time and everything of his getting taken away. I'm sure he would smash truth social like a piggybank if he needs too.
