Dude would pair incredibly well with both Herc and Gil. I'm imagining that Buster Buff on a Herc 9 lives/Red/Red turn :D AND he gets a mini NP battery? He's better than Hans IMO. I'm trying to level up the different support casters so I have options other than Waver.
