Even then, I know enough about it to convince myself if I ever went to China I'm sticking to McDonald's or whatever mainstream chain restaurants they have over there.
Real authentic Chinese food is amazing. The authentic kung pao chicken is one of my favorites.

Rice, nor beans unless it's a bean and cheese type thing, doesn't belong in burritos
American tacos (ground beef, cheese, lettuce) are trash
Lengua is better than carne asada but racism holds people back from seeing god
Chapulines and escamoles are good but again, racism
Most mole sucks ass in America but if you've had good mole you'll crave it for the rest of your life
