GeraldDarko 03/21/24 11:01:55 AM #162: | Unless you're doing braising something in the sauce, 10-hours is about 9 hours too long to simmer your sauce. Chopping the veggies for the mirepoix is really the only annoying part of a home made sauce. Using real San Marzano tomatoes really elevates a sauce, I think.
