When you fall into a black hole, because of relativity, to the outside world you freeze in time, and the outside world speeds up.

So if your loved one ever got pushed into a black hole, you would have to live with the fact that at every single moment your loved one is screaming in terror.

They'd almost certainly be long dead from the pressure and the radiation long before you could ever get them close enough for major relativistic time dilation to even kick in.

So unless you went out of your way to develop entirely new science and create super-materials that can resist massive radiation and infinite pressure and built them a suit/ship out of it and then pushed them into the black hole, it's not really an issue. And if you DO have the time, resources, and genius to actually accomplish it you'd probably have far better ways to pass the time. Especially when you could just shoot them with a gun and it would probably be exactly the same from their perspective.
