It's a valid question with an unsatisfying answer, but it's a mathematical consideration using models that have been perfectly accurate for a hundred years so far.It hasn't even been a hundred years since Einstein tried to disprove black holes. At best it's been 60 years since the mathematical models started possibly proving black holes exist and are by no way perfectly accurate.
