From a practical perspective, using the magatama doesn't do anything. In court his job is to pick apart the witness' testimony. If the witness is making a flawed assumption without lying, there wouldn't be any psyche-locks in the first place. Even if the witness is lying, having proof by way of psyche-locks doesn't really help, since you're already cross examining them trying to find anything to prolong the trial. --- Got questions about schoolwork?
