Recognize that you get your mind hooked to totally insignificant things, tc. Work against that, seems like a vicious cycle. I understand you don't actually know me because this is an Internet forum, however I already know this because I have self-awareness and it's why I have no self-esteem or confidence. Many time I've read too far into something that wasn't there. I am working against that, hence why I am trying not to be excited about this information that someone I desire may actually value me, and instead looking for the logic to justify that it's not the case. JimmyFraska posted... If it's gonna make you take action, then read into it. Fuck it. Just go for it. They literally just told you your crush was saying good things about you.
