I don't think there's a significant difference between being a white nationalist and wanting white nationalists to control the US government, so it's reasonable to say Republicans are by definition white nationalists. Being a Republican isn't an intrinsic characteristic, anyone who doesn't want to be viewed as a white nationalist over this could change it at any time. But that means they wouldn't be Republicans and if they aren't that then they aren't anything.
