It's not the hair shave that's the surrender.
It's putting on hospital adult diapers.
Protip: Get someone to bring you as much clean underwear as they possibly can.

The surrender is having one nurse try to extract blood from you with a needle in one arm with several blown veins while the other nurse gets perfectly good blood from your pick line.

After having multiple sclerosis for 8 years, diabetes for 3, the MEDICATION for MS destroying my thyroid, and now this?

I don't want an immune system anymore. Mine's no good lol.

But I'm so grateful every day that MS didn't take more from me. I am still here, but I don't know how or why haha
