What I do is 2 sets of 8. Then I go to failure just on the last one. Sometimes that is more sometimes that is less than ate. (lol I am leaving that ate there since that is what I typed and it is kind of funny) --- If you say I am wrong, then prove that you are right. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
