And it's not like it's out of nowhere! Aerith, Tifa, and Cloud are all amateur VAs who don't have much under their belt, which is why they were chosen. Jessie is an EXTENSIVELY experienced VA. Barrett's VA has a very large resume. Vincent, Yuffie, Red, and Cid, all of them are PROLIFIC. These are industry vets. Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith are major weak links, and it's extremely noticeable that they are much, much less experienced.
