The part that got pulled up is more like a rubber hose. Not sure of the size. Would that still work?
It should if its just one puncture

If not then it should be finding the size of the pipe, cutting off maybe 6 inches (3 inches in each direction from the hole and attaching a new section of pipe, connected to the old one with rubber boots for couplers, something like this vid

It's not a high pressure line so I believe a clamp type of patch over the hole SHOULD work
