winged_weltall 03/12/24 4:48:59 AM #13: | Fridge temperature is too cold for me (4-6 degrees celsius) and hardens the chocolate too much. Slightly above, maybe 10-12c would be ideal. Room temp is not ideal, particularly for milk chocolate. Dark chocolate fares better at room temp but is also not perfect. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
