Topic	Is it okay to not eat anything for an entire day?

So if it's not my habit to eat at that time or place it takes me a lot longer to get hungry I can kind of be like that. For me, works starts between 2:30 and 4:00. And when I get there, I like to eat breakfast within the hour. If I wait too long, I start feeling really hungry. Yet, I dont feel the same when Im home and that time hits So, its kind of like that where my hunger strikes based on my habit.
