There's a long running conspiracy theory about Hollywood and its "Humiliation Rituals" that it puts actors and actresses through. For males it's usually crossdressing (man in a dress trope) or doing embarrassing things in front of audiences and such. It's based in Anti-Semitism and goes down a deep rabbit hole.
