Taking random women home to have conventional sex with is not scandalous or reputation ruining unless they're married, and even then they're likely to not care all that much. Choking them/asking them to pee on them (or to pee on them, I know weird choice of wording I'm using) is the kind of shit they wouldn't want leaked to the public.

A wealthy guy having sex with a lot women just makes him look like a stud, which is the image Trump has been trying to portray. The image of him paying Russian prostitutes to pee on a bed Obama once slept in in Moscow is weird shit he would not want to be public, which is why he so vehemently rejected it. I mean, it could also just not be true as that hasn't been verified, however his reaction to that was noticeably different than it coming out that he banged Stormy Daniels, a porn star he cheated on his wife with who had just given birth to his child.

That's the difference. It wasn't those Russian prostitutes who gave that information to the U.S. public, it was the Steele dossier.
