Cutting out carbs and sugar (soda, bread, pasta, flour, yeast, processed/fast foods, grains, corn, vegetable oil) and making healthy keto versions (I say healthy keto because some people do keto in an unhealthy way) of stuff using almond/coconut/nut flour and using real olive/avocado/coconut oil and grass fed butter, meat and eggs and wild fish like salmon, really makes a difference. I am losing weight and know I'll lose 20 pounds using my strict diet. But I don't need to do that dumb stuff. Just eat less, don't eat any butter, cheese, fattening stuff. All I eat is just regular oatmeal (only with cinnamin sprinkled) oj and a banana for the morning. A turkey breast sandwich between whole wheat bread with a thin layer of light mayo. And usually chicken or talapia fish w/green beans some some apple sauce (no sugar added) That's it oh and coffee in between just with a little fat free milk and equal. Lost 5 pounds the past week. I've done my diet before and it works every times (used to do bran flakes in the morn, but liking oatmeal this time more) --- Insert signature here ... Copied to Clipboard! |
