I actually disagree with biden not having charisma. He's a personable guy. Most people who meet and talk to him dont have a bad thing to say about him.

Ok, you're right that he has charisma or at least when he's on his game, but relatively, he doesn't ignite as much passion in his voter base as Obama or Sanders, which is something I think his campaign team will be trying to mitigate the best they can.

he's a smoother Obama policy wise (I typed it) but he's old and boring so people hate him lol, the Trump era successfully dumbed down a country with a ton of absolute dummies further so this is where we are at now in our great nation.

Considering he's gotten a more divided government than Obama inherited, I think he's shown himself a stronger candidate than Obama in terms of actually getting things through Congress. Then again, a lot of people (or at least their constituents) had it out for Obama for... reasons.
