some of us never wanted Squeenix to dump millions of dollars and more than a decade of effort into a remake when they could have just created new, interesting ideas instead. like, FF7 is good, but nowhere near good enough to justify spending 60-80 hours three separate times, especially in disconnected chunks ~5 years apart. yes. Thats why they made three new games that are good enough to justify that, because FF7 isnt. yall are so weird, the way you treat games. --- It's a luscious mix of words and tricks, that let us bet, when we know we should have folded. ...
