Maybe, it seems like it based on what Ive seen, but I cant say for certain without closely examining the war situation. Is this irresponsible and maybe evil depending on your point of view? For many people Im sure it is. However, its not a genocide. Its just not the right word to use. Just like how random school shootings arent necessarily terrorism. Words have meaning and nuance. ...
