As much as I hate to say it, I think console exclusivity to the Xbox really hurt the games chances of being successful enough to warrant greenlighting a sequel, same with Lost Odyssey since both games are absolutely freaking masterpieces that sadly didnt get their time in the limelight that I feel they deserved. I mean I like the game alot too but it had cult following written all over it due to it being a very Japanese action shooter that doesn't widely appeal to Western audiences.
