Topic	Why are people bothered by there not being an afterlife?

Much like some people have to believe death isn't the end just to get through their lives, I have to believe that death is the end because I'd go insane otherwise. (Note to mods, not suicidal) To me death is like a well deserved nap after a long day at work fam.
