If you're the type of Gamer who wants to get a console for Unicorn Overlord, the switch would probably also be your best bet for the rest of the library there. The Series S is a value option too I suppose, but I don't see why you'd bother over the Switch if you regularly play on PC. PS5 would be the third best option.
