I think realistically Ferrari only cares about manufacturer standings this year. No one's touching Max, and if Checo has no internal friction, he's can bag second again. That's the crazy thing about Checo imo. The internet jabbing about him underperforming, and he still nabbed 2nd overall. Pretty much every side should leave him be. That's literally as good as it's gonna get. The partnership between him and RB to keep going with a 2nd place driver campaign is probably a deal neither will top outside of him. I would root for Albon to gain that seat, basically to elevate his own career, but I don't think anyone is in talk for the driver's championship as long as Max and the car development are consistent.
