Fucking CE. Dude literally broke a rule and yall are mad. It's a stupid rule, but a rule nonetheless. Fair next I think it depends on what the rule is for. The way its worded makes sense if his interference actually interfered with another swimmer. That swimmer was already done, however (Most were by the time he finished). And finished second place, no less.
