Not sure when it opens. But the town hit spring/bath will restore your energy for free if you stop moving. Very useful for early game before youve unlocked some good recipesThe time it takes to actually make it to the bath isn't worth it. You have have to go through the locker room, are forced to walk when you're in your swimsuit, then you have to wait for your energy to recharge, walk back to the locker room, and can finally run or use teleport items when you're in your clothes again. I think just saving the salmonberries that show up in spring is a better early game energy restoration.
