Greenlighting movies based on Morbius and Madame Webb are the most egregious examples of this trend. Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel.
I disagree completely as does history. The MCU literally started with a practically d-list character but because it was a good movie, everyone learned to like the character, and now Iron Man is one of the most recognized superheroes of all time.
