I'm not here to defend Nintendo, or the laws... but hot damn if someone were so aggressively trying to put out bootleg Sony or Apple hardware and pirated/cracked games I would expect those lawyers to go after them... not because of anything I want or how I think it should be... but because I'm an adult in the real world where intellectual property law is quite serious.

Sorry if you don't like corporations exercising the right to protect their profits and IP... Nintendo aint' the problem, they don't write the laws or hand down the settlements, do they?

Remember how Sony destroyed George Hotz? Nintendo is like trying to play catch-up on that. Only person that even came close to getting fucked that hard was the GTA6 leaker but he's also guilty of a lot of other shit that has nothing to do with piracy.
