That's, what, ~3k annually? Probably, haven't done the math on it yet but another issue would be giving up all the time-and-a-half OT.....averaging 50hrs/week on a bi-weekly pay period currently.....if I go to 1st shift it's basically a straight 40hr/week with maybe a couple hours of OT here and there So I'd also be giving up an almost guaranteed 15-20hrs of OT --- https://www.twitch.tv/dtake86 ...
