I've repeatedly given reasons why Trump doesn't have unilateral power to commit genocide. There's an Executive branch, a Legislative branch which itself is split in two, a Judiciary, and 50 states with their own branches. The whole point of project 2025 is to place people who fully support Trump and the GOPs agenda in all parts of the government, and replace those who are not supporters.
