I understand US has too many gun violence stemmed from gun culture, but this is not the same. For what purpose do you take a gun to a large institution like a school? For what purpose do you choose to bring a gun and then shoot it? What is the purpose of a gun? He knew what he was doing at some point. He got cold feet once he got there, but I'm almost certain that at some point this kid had the intention to hurt or kill someone.
