I can't recall and it is something I can understand being uneasy about.

Thing is though, arguments can be made that children being born to a couple not wanting them leads to neglect and/or abuse, even abandonment. But many have a notion too naive even for me that once you have your own kid, you will just gain the capability and compassion to raise them.

I even bring up from time to time another forum I was on where a guy thought adopting a kid would help him to motivate himself into living a more successful life.

And if those against anti-abortion were truly concerned about the kids? Well orphanages and foster care services would be better funded and staffed.
