The problem with your thinking is that America is only attractive to poor Mexicans. Rich Mexicans aren't going to immigrate to America, because there's no need for it. They already have their power. At best, they come to America to buy property and investments , or sell shit. On the other hand, people who fly to America via airplane aren't dirt poor. They are often educated immigrants who were able to make some money, save up enough, then fly over.
