If the girl or her mother thought the staff was out of line, the tweet would have said so. This guy didn't put her in danger, but the tweet was praising the staff for looking out for her rather than complaining they should mind their own business. This implies that the girl was at the very least uncomfortable and grateful that the staff had her back in case he tried to escalate things. And maybe them giving her an extra extra drink to pretend she was waiting for someone is what made this (unwelcome) guy back off. --- "It's tootsin' time."
