Ive seen people discuss Warcraft politics as serious business too. Sylvanas apologists had/have a lot of overlap with Trumpers. 40k has a subset of gamers that are wildly alt-right. If you want to stir up some shit at a games workshop casually compare the imperium to real world politics in some way and watch as they go full mask-off and don't stop talking. There are so many stupid warhammer players who don't understand that the imperium is a parody of fascism and instead think its awesome and unironic lol. People really into ww2 wargames who are obsessed with germany are almost always the same way, obviously. They tend to overlap with 40k and in that setting really love death korps of kreig and get really into customizing their kreig guys with RL nazi shit The tabletop scene has a lot of chud thats still being purged. --- AND THIS.
