I drew a bullshit possession and weapons charge earlier this year. Had a container with residue I totally forgot was in there, and the cop nailed me because I had a gun on me (can't have the two together). Hired an attorney it's my first offense and he said I *might* have to do a few days in jail (I was in for two days after my arrest and released). Trial is next month and I've been reading a ton of shit on Quora from people who've served time and basically it sounds like as long as you're respectful , don't get into debt or look for trouble you'll be fine. The worst part of jail was I couldn't sleep; they never turn the lights out in cells and for some fucking reason they were playing rock music over the speakers 24/7, it's almost like they want people on edge so they fight and can extend their stay there
