Pixar was showing fatigue during Wall-E. Then Tangled happened and we now had two "Disney" animation studios pumping out moives. In truth Disney's animations have actually been doing quite well. Wreck-it Ralph, Frozen, Big Hero 6, Zootopia, Moana, Encanto. Only Raya, Wish and Strange World(I hear it's good) have been disappointing. As for Marvel, again over saturation.
