| agesboy 02/20/24 9:24:23 PM #6: | Main game's plot is pretty good, though there's a number of plot holes or unresolved threads throughout the story, probably due to being in development by one guy for so long. Plus it's a time travel story which already makes it kind of wack by default. The core of the story gets pretty emotional and there's some good worldbuilding, though you never get that large a glimpse of the world as a whole
The translation was ass for like a year which sorta ruined story comprehension but it got retranslated and it's great now Gaiden's story is pretty filler and meant to just wrap up a few holes in the main story from a different perspective, but it does resolve some stuff that the main story left wide open, which ended up being nice. But in the end it's mostly gameplay, with the story serving as a bridge between Astlibra and whatever the hell KEIZO does next --- https://imgur.com/LabbRyN raytan and Kana are on opposite ends of the Awesome Spectrum. ...
