adjl 02/20/24 6:07:30 PM #14:	The nuance of determining whether or not graffiti/street art has enhanced its canvas gets really tricky to actually sort out in a formal legal context, given how inescapably subjective art and aesthetics are and the basic concept of people having a right to decide what their private property looks like, but as a high-level concept I do like the idea of not prosecuting people who have created art that does enhance the space. --- This is my signature.
