When I quit I only had shakes for a few days, night sweats and restless legs at night. My buddy on the other hand had hallucinations. He had the same thing with music playing behind his fan. He saw what you saw, this creepy face on the ceiling and just weird shapes. He went through them alone too. He was clean for years but unfortunately got mixed up with an even worse crowd and died from fentanyl last summer.
