Only Whitney has an original pokemon that is not an evolved form of another pokemon from Gen 1, and Whitney's Miltank is super memorable. Umbreon is the more popular eeveeloution. And it represents the additional evolutions given to forms, which make up a lot of gen 2 pokemon. Togepi represents the baby pokemon which make up a not insignificant portion of pokemon in this generation. Lugia and Ho-Oh started the trend of Box art legendaries.
