So do you have to or do you prefer to?Ah one of these guys huh? Lol I got an email saying we are required to do this at the beginning of the year. In my subject we have a lot of field trips and I hand them out every time. So far i have not had the principal/ap/superintendent/police knock down my door and demand to see every sheet or I'm fired. I just turn in the sheets after the field trip/activity and never hear about it again. Idk if it's actually required or not, but I'd rather not find out. Also I prefer it because now all of my field trip forms are the exact same format, and theoretically should be the same for all of their classes. Making it easier for busy parents or parents who don't speak English to sign it.
