When you say "antisemitism is antisemitism" are you saying any criticism of Israel's actions makes you an anti-Semite?

Not even remotely.

Antisemitism, like basically any form of racism, can come in a few forms. Theres the classic demonization of the individual .Like in this topic where a Jewish guy got hit in the head with a bat for being Jewish. Theres the double standard - where some people are allowed to get away with things, and others are not, or dismissing legitimate grievances because of something else. Theres also the stereotypes and collective blaming of the whole group for the actions or beliefs of some. Jews killed Jesus or Jews control the banks are classic examples of this type of antisemitism.

And some argue that Anti Zionism is antisemitic, because its different than being critical of Israels government. Theres a difference between saying Israel doesnt have a right to exist, and saying Israels current government or policies are acting in a way that you dont approve of. However, there is some division on this idea, because Anti Zionism could simply be another form of Anti Imperialism or colonialism. (Although when people go this route, to avoid the double standard they have to be consistent and be in opposition to all colonial activities at least in the 20th century, if not for all time.)

So its not antisemitic at all to be critical of the Israeli government, just like its not Anti America to be critical of our government. You get warmer once you question Israels right to exist however, and you basically out yourself as a racist prick when you resort to those demonizations, double standards, or collective blaming that I referred to. Criticism of a government is a universal right of all people.

Hope this helps.
