Again, the man is talking about it now being possible for the will of voters to change the makeup of the Assembly, a change that will almost certainly never lead to Democrats ever having a majority in the Assembly. Nobody who honestly reads up about the gerrymandering in Wisconsin could find any of this to be anything other than shocking. --- Cuteness is justice!
