Topic	How DA F do people get so angry so quick?

I'm generally pretty nice and relaxed, but I have certain triggers that will fire me up instantly, some reasonable and some not so much. As for WHY? Part of it seems hereditary, because both my dad and his mother are/were anger freaks. I have immense psychological issues otherwise, like depression, anxiety, etc., so it's not an easy thing to answer. --- Can you wait another day? Wait another week? Wait another month?
