Hell there was a big federal indictment of like 9 leaders back in August of last year. Could literally have just been a couple dudes popping off at each other and people got caught in the crossfire. I don't expect this to be the case, but it is possible. I was at the mall when something similar happened. Only 2 people got hit there though. It should also always be remembered that this is America, and people do extremely fucked up shit occasionally without political motivation.
