I'm torn here, because on one hand, I feel the need to name and shame these people because some of them are outright monsters. Like a belligerent drunk woman on a plane who claimed that the Air Marshals caused her to have a miscarriage, when it turned out she wasn't even actually pregnant.

But on the other hand, the logical side of my brain knows that some of these people might just be having a bad day, and have pretty poor self-control. I don't think someone's entire life needs to be ruined because they had one awful day, regardless of who they took it out on. (within reason, obviously, if you murder someone because you're down in the dumps, we don't need you)
