(As per post #422). It's unfortunate that rare complications sometimes occur during a routine medical procedure. But there are more than enough benefits (lower cancer risk, no phimosis, much lower UTI risk) to make the procedure worth doing. Complications can happen to anybody, unfortunately. It's just the nature of medical procedures. People sometimes die at the dentist, too. It's a risk we all take.
